Should Hillary Be Charged?

On Sunday (12/30/07) on the program “This Week with George Stephanopoulous”, Senator Hillary Clinton stated that while she was in the White House as the First Lady, she “had been provided with classified material” even though she did not have a security clearance. This is a security violation!!

Question is, were any charges filed back then? Next question: Should any charges be filed now? Final question: Why do the Clinton’s get a pass on so many things?

For example: The whole Hsu campaign contribution mess? Or the dishwashers in China town contribution $2500 to the Clinton campaign. That is just this campaign. In the last Clinton Presidential campaign we had funny money coming from Beijing. Talk about Teflon! I wont bother listing all the other Clinton escapades but this picture is a descent illustration …

If she was provided classified information when she didn’t have a clearance, I don’t know if she could be prosecuted. Whoever gave it to her that did have a clearance though, that person should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!

I SAW THIS SHOW WITH GEORGE STEPHANOPOULOUS, HE LOOKED A LITTLE PUCKERED AND I BET DEAR GEORGE HAD TO DO HIS LAUNDRY AS SOON AS THE SHOW WAS OVER. TALK ABOUT BEING INTIMIDATED BY HILLARY, POOR GEORGE USED TO WORK FOR HER, I WAS AMAZED THAT HE EVEN HAD HER ON THE SHOW.

Most likely she included the classified information in one of her shredding parties.

I wanted to vomit this week every time I saw the new gentler Hillary practically whispering and pretending she cares. Maybe show business is her calling.

There is a very (not)funny thing about classified information. Briefings are given on a regular basis to members of Congress specific to the commitees they reside on and sometimes in general. The information is classified yet no one has a clearance. It also precludes them from being shot if they “leak” any of this information because they never signed a non-disclosure document. I could be shot but they get away with murder. Only thing that can touch them is the treason act and we all now how much the government wants to prosecute their own!
