My Compromise Immigration Policy
1.) Illegal immigrants with US citizen children will be allowed to apply for citizenship after paying back taxes, fine and background check. It is estimated that this number is around 2 million. Though, I believe it is more like 4 million. These lower number will be are easier American public to swallow than 20 to 30 million I currently believe would be seen with other reforms.
2.) End “Anchor Babies” loophole by clarification of the wording of “under the jurisdiction of the United States” in the 14th amendment. The courts must work with congress on this clarification to end “anchor babies” loophole as path to citizenship for illegal immigrants and foreign visitors.
3.) Fix Social Security data base errors and issue new tamper proof Social Security card. Instead of biometrics, I prefer we would use a secret pin number type system and photo. This will cost billions but needs to be done to modernize the system.
4.) E- Verify type system for all employers to check workers legal status using the newly fixed Social Security Card system.
5.) End sanctuary cities violating federal law by loss of federal funds.
6.) Creation of an immigration board made up of labor, industry, scientist, agriculture and economist to study legal immigration requirements for congress. This board should concentrate on the long term view for an economically prosperous sustainable middle class America and industry.
7.) Border security increases.
8.) The failure to implement enforcement triggers loses of citizenship applications of illegal immigrant with children applications.
9.) End Tax payer ID without legal immigration status and no banking in US without proper legal status.

What we have is an imbalance in the demand-cost structure in the market. The trouble is economic, not medical.
