I explained the problems on this street and especially the new arrival boarding house right across the street, which appears to be a "company town" project of a Verizon subcontractor called Ivy, and which neither Zoning nor the Sheriff's Office seem inclined to do anything about. The Herndon council member was apologetic, and said "all we can do is do what is right on our end" and Tom said we need to bring the problem to Scott York.
