Hilarious! All hail Barakus Obamus. The patron god of taxmen, political insiders, terrorists and public works projects.

When approaching this God one must bring a sacrifice. The typical sacrifice is one garneshes %40 of your wages for life, and half your brain.

  2. dan says:

This is great Joe.. fell out of my chair laughing..

  3. Half your brain you miserly counterrevolutionary! Retaining half will only mark you as a potential troublemaker and probably draw an investigation by Obama’s Department of Justice.

For real change, you must give it ALL. The spirit of Obama compels you.

  4. dan says:

It does sound like a Super Bowl halftime show. Who is going to have the wardrobe malfunction this time I wonder ?

    What, no sacrificial altar ?

  5. joe says:

I am guessing that by tomorrow night the whole “Greek Temple” stage set will be buried under hundreds of American flags – or else just replaced by tasteful potted plants and an easy chair. Better to come off as FDR than Zeus.

At least until he is elected.

  6. G. Stone says:

I have the perfect Republican TV Spot-

Opening graphic- Obama , The change America is craving. Then the camera pans to footage of
John Belushi chugging a beer- Toga, Toga, Toga

This thing is going to bite the Obama campaign in the ass. We are watching the wheels start to come off.

  7. jacob says:

    Joe,
OK. I’ll give it all. Without a brain I can comfortably become, a Democrat. With half a brain, I was planning to become an enthusiastic Republican.

  8. Cathymac says:

Obama as Bluto Blutarski, remake of Animal House 2008.

  9. dan says:

The first question I had when I saw the vid was “who is paying for all of this ?”

Guess I do not realize exactly how deep Soros’ pockets are..

Don’t you need virgins for a Greek temple ? Where are they going to find virgins at a Democratic Convention ?

  10. Cathymac says:

I heard Springsteen/Bon Jovi were not playing, but man oh man, I would love for them to be there.

I plan on having a nice cold one just as Bluto Obamanus takes the stage and chug, chug, chug.

This is excellent, personal Southside Chicago view of BHO:

Follow up to the above, Republican running in Chicago’s 1st District:

  13. dan says:

    Cmac,

“I heard Springsteen/Bon Jovi were not playing”

This jibes with the convention music, all from the 70s. Is that what they mean by the “future”, going back to the 70s ?

Do we all get a DeLorean for the trip ?

  14. ACTivist says:

    Dan,
“Don’t you need virgins for a Greek temple ? Where are they going to find virgins at a Democratic Convention ?”

BJ is bringing them with him. You saw them on the convention floor-the girls wearing the “crab” hats. Now Osama-bama can have crabs also!

  15. ACTivist says:

    Joe,
Will they be able to “light up” since this is a concert and an open air venue? “rocky mountain high…Colorado” John Denver

  16. G. Stone says:

Obama as Bluto Blutarski, remake of Animal House 2008.

Anyone remember the career path of Bluto ?
That’s right he went on to become a U.S. Senator.
What city is John Belushi from ? that’s right Chicago. Where is Obama from ? that’s right Chicago.
Toga, Toga , Toga , Brrrrurp!

Where were your snide comments when Bush had his Mt. Olympus? http://www.politico.com/blogs/bensmith/0808/Bushs_2004_temple.html#comments

  18. sisu says:

    Obama has a dream…

Martin Luther King, Jr. chose the steps of the Lincoln Memorial to deliver his audacious message of hope, I Have a Dream, August 28, 1963, exactly 45 years ago tomorrow, when the nation’s first major-party black presidential candidate will give…

  19. jacob says:

    SpookyX,
The whole place is columned, look at the picture, its behind the people. in the arena Obama gets the Greek columns, everyone else is outside looking in. That you and the shill author don’t see a difference is hilarious.

  20. jacob says:

    Stone,
We need to get that band (Otis and the ?) from the movie to play ‘You make me want to shout!’

  21. Howard says:

    CHARACTER COMPARISONS …

Lofty speeches are great … but actons
    speak louder than words !!!

In addition to 20+ more years of service and
experience in the U.S. senate than the other
    candidate …

One candidate, John McCain watched his fellow
prisoner’s backs, at great cost to himself. After
3 years as a tortured P.O.W. in Vietnam, he was
offered early release by the enemy. But, since it
would have been dishonorable to get released
before his fellow prisoners, he refused, which
resulted in 2 1/2 additional years of torture and
    captivity.

The other candidate, Barack Obama threw his
self proclaimed friend, spiritual advisor, and mentor
of 20 years, under the bus for political expediency and gain.

To vote for Obama, after learning these differences …
will say as much about your character, as it does about
the character of the two candidates.

  22. Cathymac says:

Spooky, that picture looks like a round platform in a convention hall, are you blind?

  23. Cathymac says:

Someone will have to pick up on the Bluto/Obama similarities, 10 bucks it is Dennis Miller. Stone, email him your stuff – it is good!

  24. suburbanite says:

Wasn’t that Otis Day and the Knights?

It makes me want to shout, sometimes…

  25. Lovisa says:

    Howard

There’s absolutely no similarity between the two incidences you quote.

Yes, it was a grand gesture of McCain, of course, but to compare the situation in Hanoi with turning one’s back on a screaming, hateful old “man of the cloth”…

It might be good to remember, also, that McCain turned his on his ailing wife after he came back a hero!

    No way, nohow, no McCain!

  26. jacob says:

    suburbanite,
I am amazed I am not screaming 24/7. With bouts of Tourette’s syndrome thrown in for good measure. This is going to be a year for the books. The Republicans are going to be trounced, and they deserve it. The Socialists are going to take over.
