  1. Well, well, well. Crickets???
    No Puffalump, no el huffy…??
Perhaps you cannot stand the thought that she actually has done quite a bit to be a reformer and leader, in spite of your barbs.
I know, as a good number of others do…exactly why your losing your mind over this one.

I am so deeply saddened and disheartened by the nomination of Sarah Palin. She claims to be a Christian but in my book Christians care for one another. She claims to be anti-government spending, but she ran a $22 Million dollar deficit in a tiny town. She is anti-free speach and free thinking, as established by her attempts to ban books, fire librarians, not allow basic education on how babies are even made (much less prevented), and against allowing women the option of making a terribly difficult decision. As a Christian i think there are almost no situations where i would want to (or would want anyone close to me to) elect to have an abortion, but we live in a complex and terrible world wehre on very rare occasion this may in fact be the COMPASIONATE choice for the child – yes, i said it. It is MORE compasionate to NOT bring an unwanted product of rape or incest of a young girl into this world. More compassionate for BOTH the child and the mother. Believe me, i have looked into the eyes of that girl. i have seen her future destroyed by the mere possiblitiy. anyone who thinks a normal woman takes this decision lighty is wrong. Please dont condemn my children’s future to a world without freedoms John McCain supposedly fought for, or protections the greatest nation under God is capable of offering.

Melinda, Did you cut and paste comments from a variety of other sites for that brilliant post, or did you come up with it all on your own? Honestly, it is so transparent I am surprised it is even viewable on computer screens.

    Cmac,
Its called a troll. The ban books thing is a lie, the $22M dollar deficit is a lie, the ‘ban how baby’s are made’ is a lie. The author is so full of it, her eys turned brown.

Oh, I know “Melinda” is a troll, I was teasing the latest troll.
