The suspect who allegedly committed the rape in Sterling last week has been identified by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office, finally.

sexually assaulted the female victim.Morales-Mancia, also goes by the first name Arnold or Jose, is a light skinned Hispanic male. He is described as being 5′9″ tall and weighs 170
pounds.If you have any information regarding the whereabouts of Morales-Mancia, you are asked to immediately contact the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office at 703-777-1021 or your local police department. Callers who wish to remain anonymous can call Loudoun Crime Solvers at 703-777-1919. If the information leads to the suspect’s apprehension the caller could be
eligible for a cash reward of up to $1000.Authorities are asking residents to never approach the subject as he is considered dangerous.

Huh… two different orange jumpsuit pics. Methinks this goblin has had run-ins with the law before. Too bad our catch and release judicial system saw fit to cut him loose.

Yep, it will be interesting if any of the local “press” see fit to inquire into which jurisdiction(s) the photos are from.

Wouldn’t actually take that much investigation. A simple Google search tells us that at least one of his priors took place in Sterling:
