I’ve been trying to say this since 911, but “You Worry Me”. I wish you didn’t. I wish when I walked down the streets of this country that I love, that your color and culture still blended with the beautiful human landscape we enjoy in this country. But you don’t blend in anymore. I notice you, and it worries me.
I notice you because I can’t help it anymore.
People from your homelands, professing to be Muslims, have been attacking and killing my fellow citizens and our friends for more than 20 years now. I don’t fully understand their grievances and hate, but I know that nothing can justify the inhumanity of their attacks.
On September 11, nineteen ARAB-MUSLIMS hijacked four jetliners in my country.
They cut the throats of women in front of children and brutally stabbed to death others. They took control of those planes and crashed them into buildings killing thousands of proud fathers, loving sons, wise grandparents, elegant daughters, best friends, favorite coaches, fearless public servants, and children’s mothers.
The “Palestinians” celebrated, the “Iraqis” were overjoyed as was most of the “Arab World”.
So, I notice you now. I don’t want to be worried. I don’t want to be consumed by the same rage and hate and prejudice that has destroyed the soul of these terrorists, but I need your help.
As a rational American, trying to protect my country and family in an irrational and unsafe world, I must know how to tell the difference between you, and the Arab/Muslim terrorist.
How do I differentiate between the true Arab/Muslim-Americans and the Arab/Muslim terrorists in our communities who are attending our schools, enjoying our parks, and living in OUR communities under the protection of OUR constitution, while they plot the next attack that will slaughter these same good neighbors and children?
The events of September 11th changed the answer. It is not my responsibility to determine which of you embraces our great country, with ALL of its religions, with ALL of its different citizens, with all of its faults. It is time for every Arab/Muslim in this country to determine it for me.

Your Muslim leaders in this nation should be flooding the media at this time with hard facts on your faith, and what hard actions you are taking as a community and as a religion to protect the United States of America. They seemed more concerned with protecting their fellow Muslims from violence directed towards them in the United States and abroad than they did with supporting our country and denouncing ‘leaders’ like Khadafi, Hussein, Farrakhan, and Arafat.
If the true teachings of Islam proclaim tolerance and peace and love for all people, then I want chapter and verse from the Koran and statements from popular Muslim leaders to back it up.
What good is it if the teachings in the Koran are good, and pure, and true, when your ‘leaders’ are teaching fanatical interpretations, terrorism, and intolerance?
It matters little how good Islam SHOULD BE if huge numbers of the world’s Muslims interpret the teachings of Mohammed incorrectly and adhere to a degenerative form of the religion.
A form that has been demonstrated to us over and over again.
A form whose structure is built upon a foundation of violence, death, and suicide.
A form whose members are recruited from the prisons around the world. A form whose members (some as young as five years old) are seen day after day, week in and week out, year after year, marching in the streets around the world, burning effigies of our presidents, burning the American flag, shooting weapons into the air.
A form whose members convert from a peaceful religion, only to take up arms against the great United States of America, the country of their birth. A form whose rules are so twisted, that their traveling members refuse to show their faces at airport security checkpoints, in the name of Islam.
We will NEVER allow the attacks of September 11, or any others for that matter, to take away that which is so precious to us:
Our rights under the greatest constitution in the world.
I want to know where every Arab Muslim in this country stands and I think it is my right and the right of every true citizen of this country to demand it.

I totally agree with this sentiment. I hope you will forget all about the ‘political correctness’ mandate we’ve had rammed down our throats, and see if this doesn’t ring true in your heart and mind. For Canada, with all the multiculturism we’ve been told is so important….why should we not, as Canadians, expect that the millions of new people immigrating to our country will show their love for our country, their allegiance to our country, their willingness to obey the laws of our country, and acceptance that we are a Christian country? Just because they are able to enjoy exercising their own religion, they should not expect us to be ashamed of ours. They knew Canada was a Christian country when they came here. Why are we erasing Christianity because immigrants who are unwilling to adopt our way of life expect us to? There is just too much insanity in the world, and we have to start taking a stand.

The problem is that even terrorists spend 99.99% of their lives not committing acts of terror, so it’s hard to know. Your best bet is to be super paranoid of everyone all the time. Remember: you aren’t safe even if someone isn’t arab-looking. Even white people can be rapists or a serial killers. The only way you can really be safe is if you dig a hole, about 6 feet deep, put a box down there, and spend the rest of your life in it!

You forgot the indoctrination; the training; the planning; the development of cover for action; the dry runs; the obsessive hating; and the vetting, recruitment, and training of others. They also spend an enormous amount of time trying to figure out how to avoid certain people who specialize in tracking them down. Fortunately for all of us, many of them have failed in that particular aspect of their personal schedule.
I realize that blogs are great for trading political punches, but I would highly recommend not making light of a subject as serious and deadly as this one and in which you have little knowledge. People who do so are “sucker bait” and too often risk having what’s left of them scraped off the pavement with shovels and brooms. Trust me in this one, brother. I kid you not. Even as we speak, there is a vicious war going on out there in the shadows that you will never see or even hear about. The socialists (a.k.a., the Democrat Party) created Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, for the purpose of making it easier for poor people — people who cannot afford a home — to get one anyway. Not satisfied, they created the Community Reinvestment Act, which forced banks to make more bad loans if they did not want A.G. Reno suing them left and right for “redlining” (or just rolling into their headquarters with tanks and gassing the children in day-care).
Now, these are SOCIALIST (i.e., Democrat) policies. Did a few Republicans play along? Sure, and they deserve a very warm place in Heck with Phil, the Prince of Insufficient Light. That does not make them conservatives policies.

1) California’s land is stable, too. Sorry, puffalump. McCain predicted that the earthquake was threatened. He could not predict the exact day that it would strike.
2) As a leader in the Senate, which O’Bama is not, and as someone who has for years forged compromises between the two parties, which O’Bama has not, McCain was right to go back to Washington.
3) Because in these times, with two wars and an economic crisis, we need someone with character. O’Bama’s associations with Ayers did not happen when O’Bama was 8. Ayers is unrepentant, so he may as well have committed his crimes yesterday.
As for Palin, O’Bama comes off almost as bad, and has even less experience, yet he is at the TOP of the Democrat ticket. He was THE MOST INEXPERIENCED CANDIDATE in the entire Democrat field!

The reason I’m down on Detroit in particular is that D-town has been principally responsible for turning good old Michigan into a new variety of electoral “slave state.” In election after election, the people in the rest of that great state are “enslaved” politically by the robot Democrat voters in Detroit Metro and certain other cities, e.g. Flint, Pontiac. These robot voters are largely African-American (let this old “fringe” White guy introduce you someday to a couple of my dearly loved grandchildren who have a healthy dose of Black blood — others are Hispanic); many union members of any color (I come from a UAW family — can’t get more Michigander than that); and the radical crowds in Ann Arbor and East Lansing.
You chide McCain for pulling out of the contest in our mutual home state? You darn well know the answer. Unless you happen to be a phenom like Ronald Reagan, it has become almost impossible these days to overcome the advantage the Dems get from the robot voters. Given the figures I’ve seen on the national percentage of African-Americans intending to vote for Obama, McCain’s chances this year would appear to be even lower than normal.
Other reasons why I smack D-town around? That once great town has become a national joke and an embarrassment for every other Michigander. Crime at astronomical levels. A mayor about to wind up in the slammer for corruption. Yeah, sure, they built Cobo and redid the waterfront. In my opinion, that was like putting a new dress on an old whore.
Unlike most other major U.S. cities, when is the last time you heard someone say they’d like to go to Detroit for a pleasant and exciting weekend? Most Michiganders I know avoid the place like the plague, only slipping in once in awhile for a ball game at Comerica Park and then heading for the exits as fast as they can go.
You and I know full well that there are a lot of good people in Detroit who have suffered too long from crime, poor education, and a generally lousy quality of life. Yet, this is a long-time Democrat Party stronghold. So what have the Dems done lately for these people? Crap. And yet these voters still go like robots to the polls and pull the Dem lever. Can’t understand it. How many times do you have to be hit over the head before you start seeking alternative possibilities for bettering your life?
The “War on Poverty” initiated by LBJ, as well-intentioned as it was, really helped a whole lot, serving inter alia to severely damage the Black family, which has long been one of the great cultural mainstays of American life. Now you want Obama to set up a complete nanny state? Been there. Tried that. Time for something else.

I had some silly woman try to get me to invest my money in the stock market instead of putting it in savings, as if ANY money in savings was a mistake. I told her no, and even held my breath as she told me I was making a mistake. I don’t wrestle with pigs.

Just to let you know, teachers are NOT allowed to use the platform of the school for anything related to promoting one candidate or the other. In Loudoun, you can be fired for doing so–it isn’t about freedom of speech, it is about not using the government’s coin in any way shape or form to promote a candidate.
As to do I believe that McCain/Palin have a clue, McCain is the only senator running that introduced legislation 2 years ago to curb Fannie/Freddie.
