Obama’s Goon Squads On Prowl In Sterling

Just went home for lunch and found the Obama people have made it to our neighborhood. The McCain-Palin sign from my front lawn and I think also the McCain sign from my neighbor across the street were stolen after I left for work.
You have to go a little off the beaten path to get to our neighborhood so my guess is Obama’s thugs are now just cruising the sidestreets looking to pick off any signage that challenges their messiah. They left the two signs on the main street on the way in which would have exposed them to possible observers.
Time for plan B, in which we place many signs and expect the Obama people to return.

Mine was stolen (but found in the woods) about 10 days ago. We are pretty sure it was Middle School punks from our neighborhood.

Zimzo, I know if I found out my kid was tearing down political signs in our neighborhood there would be an apology and replacement of the sign. We’ll see if the parents of the punk do the same - they have an Obama sign in their yard.

Definitely not kids in our neighborhood - no woods, every backyard fenced, nowhere to run to nowhere to hide. Especially late morning on a weekday, it could only be done by vehicle. My remedy will involve reading by the front window with wrist rocket and ball bearings on the table.

you are slandering me. I did not just go after the huckster, I was not too thrilled with McLame either. Then there was the man with the perfect face but I preferred him to the two aforementioned bozo’s. I was hoping for a conservative Republican you know. We had three of them in the race and two of them dropped out and the last one held his own convention.
Then there is Guliani (SP?!?). Not to conservative when it comes to social issues, but a real fiscal conservative and a defense hawk. He would have preferable to McLame, Huckeepoo or Plastic man.

If your HOA tears down the signs, they are violating the law. Even if they have a rule against signs, it is unenforceable (the constitution overrules HOA rules) within some number of days of the election (no, I don’t remember the court case that overturned the HOA rules, you can google it yourself) and even if it were, the HOA has to provide a cease and desist order. If after that, and they are within compliance of the rulings of the court on freedom of political speech, they can then remove them. Without that, they are trespassing and stealing. Both rather minor offenses individually, but collectively, the fines can be rather punitive.

IIRC HOA’s lost a court battle over campaign signs a few years back, and now they are prohibited from regulating them.
As for protecting them from theft… douse them in OC or pepper spray. At some point whoever took it will touch their face, or their eyes, or take a leak, or wipe their… well, you know…

We individuals need a of a course of action.
So, let me suggest that instead of chasing rabbits, this site encourages people to go to BHO appearances and ask him tough questions on video. Then, upload his response to Youtube. He’s not used to being challenged, so a good question would catch him off-guard and he might reveal himself to be an empty suit. Even if he does provide an answer, if the question is good enough he’d be forced to answer for some of his lies or the flaws in his policies.
So, this site should encourage its visitors to do that. And, it should get in touch with other sites and encourage them to get involved.
If not that, then let me suggest dealing with media bias by calling reporters on their lies in their comments sections, such as those at the WaPo and Swampland.

I saw the post and was wondering if Jim Bob lives in a condo association where the outdoor property does not actually belong to the homeowner, but to the association. In this case I believe the association is empowered to remove the sign.
You are correct that an HOA is powerless to come onto your property to remove your campaign sign. I am involved with my HOA and I get some complaints, but usually they are one candidate’s supporter whining about another’s.

Yes, it did look fishy, as in it was too good to be true.
The birth certificate question is the product of a lawsuit by Philip Berg, former Democratic Prosecutor and Hillary supporter. I found his website once, where he posts updates, but just looked (quickly) and only found info on other sites. I don’t know if it has legs.

Berg claims that the copies (not originals) provided by Obama of his birth certificate have differences, and appear forged, and are simply documents showing a live birth. He has evidence that Obama was born in Kenya, and his mother flew home to Hawaii, just after he was born, unhappy living in Kenya, rejected by the family there. But a very significant issue is whether Obama was adopted by his Indonesian step father. If adopted, then he gave up his US citizenship. There are documents to show that he was claimed as a citizen of Indonesia. Berg is asking for an original birth certificate, records from Indonesia, including adoption records, school documents (which show nationality claimed), college transcripts and selective service/passport documents, which Obama has refused to supply. There is no doubt that Obama’s mother was born an American, but if he was born in Kenya, since his father was not an American, he would not be considered natural born. And if he was adopted, then he became and Indonesian, which at the time did not even allow dual citizenship (Indonesia was at war.) You had to be a citizen to go to the schools Obama went to in Indonesia, so either they lied then, or they are lying now…and we need the truth, or will suffer a constituional crisis–is what I understand Berg to be saying.

This could all be laid to rest if Obama would provide the documentation. The suit has not been thrown out, but I don’t think it will be settled before the election.

I think Berg has a lot of credibility, having been a Deputy AG in PA, 30 year active Democrat (holding all kinds of positions in the party), and in private practice handling very complicated litigation in the federal courts.
One other thing I have read on the web is that Obama traveled to Pakistan after college, on an Indonesian passport. That is something Berg is trying to track down, because it is known he traveled there, and if he traveled on a US passport, our government should have records of that.
CNN claims that Obama was born in Hawaii, and it is untrue he is not a citizen, but at this point, no one can make that determination but the courts. There are several state lawsuits in the state court systems alleging the same (that Obama is not eligible to be President and should be taken off the ballot in those states. ) I believe the states of Washington and Minnesota are two. Where is the press? only Fox news has covered it, briefly.

I am reading that API is standing by their story that Michelle Obama stated to them that Barack Obama was adopted (making him an Indonesian citizen) and did record the conversation with Michelle Obama, and API is going to release the recording of the conversation very soon, maybe by posting it on their website. API says they did not realize this statement would be so controversial. The REAL election occurs when the electors send their votes to Congress. Electors may vote for whomever they want. If O’bama is declared ineligible (and what judge would have the balls to do that?), they could elect Clinton.

It would be pushed up to SCOTUS I believe. As the DNC has involved itself in the Berg action, the RNC would roll up it’s sleeves and get behind it. I suspect there is already a plan for this contingency, on both sides.

Reading Berg’s brief, there is a birth certificate for Obama showing his birth to be in Mombassa Kenya at the Maternity Hospital, listing his father as a Kenyan and his mother as a U.S. citizen. The “certificate” that Obama has provided from Hawaii, is alleged to be 1. that of his sister, but names and dates changed, and 2. is only a registration of live birth (not necessarily in Hawaii) listing no hospital, or other information that a true birth certificate would list. Berg is also trying to get the divorce papers from when Obama’s mother divorced the Indonesian Soetoro. There is a side issue of names, and tracking him down, because Obama has gone by several names in his life, using the first name Barry and the last names Obama, Soetoro, and Dunham. He was Obama until he moved to Indonesia, then Soetoro, then when he moved back to Hawaii, he was known as Barry Dunham (his maternal grandparents name.) Not sure what happens if Obama cannot be President–wouldn’t Biden be the President, unless it is determined before the election? Hope the Judge acts fast, and requires the expedited production of these documents so vital to public trust.
