First, he accused those in Western PA of not voting for 0bama because they are racists.
Now, he says Blacks are racists:
[There's] still folks that have a problem voting for someone because they are black.
Obviously, the plural “they” cannot refer to the singular “someone,” but must refer to the plural “some folks.”
You left out the “redneck” part. Can Negroes be rednecks also? I do know that some were southern Confederates. Inquiring minds want to know.
