Let us all come back together as one nation. Senator McCain gave an outstanding concessions speech. But I must say: This is the ONLY place in the world where this can happen.
And unlike many countries in the world, power will be transferred PEACEFULLY.
yes it will Tariq but the huge throngs of discontent Americans got no satisfaction last night. Obama is the wrong man at the wrong time and could do some real damage. Luckily is will only be 4 years and the next pres can clean up.
Tariq, I’m not sure where you’re getting your information, but this is not the only place in the world where this can happen. That’s because the U.S. has promoted democracy around the world and people around the world are able to hold peaceful elections. Last night, we learned what happens when we aren’t vigilant and hold the media and our government representatives to account: we get a President who has policies that are actually detrimental to the people he’s supposed to protect, and a number of citizens who aren’t honest enough to admit it.
