Here’s a simple idea for Campaign Finance Reform that will clean up a lot of the mess:

1. Only registered voters may contribute to politicians.
2. One may only contribute to campaigns in which one is registered to vote.
3. No other entities — PACs, unions, corporations, etc. — may contribute.

There can still be PACs and unions and what-not, but they cannot contribute to political campaigns.
