The prosecution of cases in both federal court and military commissions may also be complicated by the treatment of detainees while in CIA custody. Both Mohammed and Nashiri were waterboarded at secret agency “black sites,” and defense attorneys are likely to press hard to get evidence of abuse into the court record.
Johnny Cochran is no longer around, of course, but undoubtedly someone will step up to the plate.
What I am waiting for is the first photo of the 9-11 plotters in business suits, enjoying a casual moment during the trial’s intermission, on a poster under the headline “Hope and Change.”

Lloyd, what his attorneys are probably going to do is turn this into some show trial against the Gestapo, oops, I mean CIA, and the Spanish Inquisition, urrr, sorry, I mean waterboarding, that will make the Salem Witch Trials look sober and impartial.

Sad for them, but justice will be done. Even if acquitted here, when they die, as all men do, they will face the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, who raised Jesus his only begotten son from the dead, and if they do not have the righteousness of Jesus, they will perish a second time in hell.
It is sad for them, even if they do repent of their sin and come to Christ, because they will know their sin. It may be crazy, but I could hope they do repent and then the glory of God would be greater all the more for the mercy he shows even to his enemies. But if not, they will glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ though the praise of his glorious justice poured out in wrath on those that curse him.

Are you aware that when you renew your Virginia drivers license you will not be allowed to smile when your photo is taken?
The reason is that the photo is a cover for facial recognition, full face, no expression. But they don’t tell you who will have access to it.
Big brother is invading the privacy of the citizens when they should be compiling facial recognition of the foreigners entering (they may or may not be doing this) the country and those already here including the illegal aliens.
We are having every aspect of our lives and bodies invaded while we are told that it is for national security. Centralized medical records under the health care plan is another example, your medical records are between you and your doctor only.
