I have to believe that it is their work ethic that makes it possible for Shawn and other medal winners to excel at what they do.

Biathlon is a fascinating sport. To have the level of physical conditioning to allow you to cross country ski several kilometers, while maintaining a heart rate and breathing level to shoot targets at 50 meters. Can you say iron man/women ?
