Isn’t this wonderful?  The feral government is “giving” Loudoun county $9.4M for its school system.

Last time I checked, Loudoun County had either the highest average income of any county in the country, or the second highest.  Loudoun and Fairfax go back and forth on the list, and it depends on whether one is looking at per capita income or household income.  So, where the hell did the money come from?  You guessed it — the Loudoun County taxpayers.  Naturally, the bureaucrats must take their cut along the way.

Still, I suppose as Saruman said, “A beggar must be grateful, if a thief returns him even a morsel of his own.”
