We had this issue with my old job. You weren’t considered a loyal union member if you didn’t participate in union sanctioned protests, shows of strength or harassment. People weren’t fined but the unstoppable, vulgar, late night phone calls to ALL family members and the destruction of personal property were the order for this crowd. Never was able to put any of these cowards in my sights.
