I am surprised we aren’t hearing a word from Sterling about their lack of governmental representation in Loudoun.
Delgaudio effectively turned into a eunuch by yesterday’s Board action.
http://ashburn.patch.com/articles/delgaudio-stripped-of-committee-assignments
Once again negative news for Delgaudio and Loudoun goes regional.
http://www.wtop.com/159/3179976/Loundoun-Co-supervisor-stripped-of-committee-assignments
What’s wrong BO, you can’t get anyone to bite elsewhere?
BO seems to be absolutely obsessed with his personal hate of Delgaudio and Black. I wonder if he has a couple of voodoo dolls with long pins.
I know the reason why but it would always be because of negative attributes of Eugene. Petty people aren’t ever willing to know the truth. Keep bashing, Hollow Boy. The 5 people that agree with you are listening.
Well CMac that’s not really my concern. I just like coming into the Delgaudio hornet’s nest and poking the pod. novatownhall is Delgaudio’s country and I just find it amazing, mostly amusing, that everyone here is turning the other way with this guy over the peccadilloes of this buffoon over the last 12 months.
Face it, guilty or not, he’s been nurtured, and the Sterling district sits with no effective representation in Leesburg. If I lived there I would be raising hell. Either at Delgaudio or the BOS. But nothing but crickets from the enablers.
What this proves to those observing is that it doesn’t matter what Delgaudio does he’s a protected breed with in his cabal. Sorta like Loudouns own version of Marion Barry. God help us if Delgaudio lasts as long as that cat.
So grow a set Sterling either defend your rascal or bitch the board out. Otherwise you’re just a bunch of dogs without a bite.
ACT you’re in for a shock. You need to add several digits to your 5 estimate. As I told you before I am waiting for the ultimate personal meltdown by Eugene. It promises to be epic. I’ll point it out to you when it happens.
Sorry, BO, this isn’t a hate management clinic. If you need help, call Dr. Phil.
Sterling district still has the best representation. Like you said, you don’t live here and you don’t get the benefits. And I don’t see anything near a meltdown. That would only be further wishful thinking on your part, BE.
The third time is the charm, what blog with BO visit next to attempt to whip up a frenzy on Sup Delgaudio?
CMac, you always give me too much credit for my influence. I am just a voice in the crowd. Head over to Leesburg if you want to watch the real frenzy going on about this buffoon.
ACT, you’re smoking dope if you think you have the best representation. Setting aside any opinions on Delgaudio’s representation and it’s effectiveness, it doesn’t matter. He has no were to work from. He’s relegated to meeting rooms without people in them. I’d argue he never made a difference but you can’t deny he has no chance now. Sterling is taking a backseat to everything that is happening in Leesburg. Tragic for such an important place in this county.
“He’s relegated to meeting rooms without people in them”
What does that mean? He is still a supervisor and still Sterling’s champion. How is he any less effective to his district? If I’m smoking dope, you’re sniffing glue. The rest of your comment is nonsensical. We can only see your further meltdown after the next district election. In the meantime, fret all you want. Just don’t use our health system for your self-inflicted nervous breakdown.
Au contraire BO, I was actually showing how little influence you have despite rabid peddling of hate. The taunts are the best “you’re in for a shock” (yeah, right) and “get ready for another I told you so” (gee, can’t wait).
ACT, apparently you need a little background. Most work that eventually gets to a BOS vote is introduced, debated and refined within committee. Budgets are built in committees. Priorities are set. All done amongst competing interests from our eight districts. That’s were the real work happens. Who now is going to advocate for Sterling? Nobody and it is Delgaudio’s fault.
Delgaudio has put himself into this position and apparently the other GOP members of the BOS think he deserves to be smacked down. Oh and by the way, so does he. I think it is amazing that he voted to neuter himself. That pretty much makes it unanimous. So if you think good representation for Sterling is to conduct yourself in a way that other fellow party members want to take away your committee assignments I think it’s a good bet you are smoking something. And further to think you’re getting good representation from a buffoon you votes himself out of influence… I am not sure what you think is good representation.
Pleas-e-e-e, BE. Don’t throw your biased assumptions at me. You, your ilk and cronies, TC and The Communist Post has been trying for years to bring down Sup. Delgaudio with your sniping/hating rhetoric. You finally find what you determine to be a crack/fault/flaw which you and yours feverishly pursue to a goal of inevitable downfall of Eugene. You accuse Commonwealth Attorneys, investigators, the LCBOS and Chairman York of conspiring in a cover-up. With an investigation ON-GOING, the only way to get county business done is to divest Eugene in a way where the focus remains solely on him and he concurs with that understanding. We haven’t even finished with the outcome of the investigation (which you seem to be an avid-or rabid-proponent in all matters needing conclusion) and you make blind assumptions while doing some sort of demented victory dance. What is there to say about such behavior on your part. You will not be satisfied as long as the name of Eugene Delgaudio exists in any form of the real world. All I can say is that the skid marks in your underwear are showing.
ACT, you’re not paying attention. The cover-up was created by York and Clarke and I bet Delgaudio. The CA has been stand up with this whole thing. Your generalities are clouding your judgement. Blind friendship also seems to be getting in the way here.
I wonder how the Colorado copyright case is going for Delgaudio? Anyone heard anything lately. Last I heard the judge refused the Delgaudio appeal to have it tossed out. I sure hope that case is costing Delgaudio a ton of cash.
BTW, cute I’ve not heard your final remark since middle school.
Squatting Eagle (best moniker EVER) and his little gay buddies have yapped for years about Delguadio. This time is no different. They still don’t have an iota of proof, but that doesn’t stop the yapping.
BO, boy, listen up for once, please. We all are very disappointed with your inability to understand proper behavior. You must stop sneaking out of your own back yard and wandering on to the property of your neighbors and trying to mess around with their business. Now, just go back home and play with the toys Santa brought you for Christmas. Take your brother Satchmo with you. And stop getting all upset. Eugene and the rest us will take good care of business in Sterling District. No need for you to worry your little self. Everything will be just fine.
First Squatting Eagle, a.ka. BO claims to know that in the first CA investigation that only York and ED knew about it. Now the circle of conspiracy is wider, the nefarious Janet Clarke. Give it it another month and we will see this go all the way to the state house, that is right — The Gov and AG are in on it. Kill all the Republicans will be the SE battle cry.
As for ED not taking car of the Sterling District, bull. His news letter is still going out with appalling regularity. He is still showing up at all hours asking people what is going on in their lives and listening.
BO is always trying to pass off his childish conclusions as the “truth”. He fancies himself as someone with insider knowledge, look at what he has said about other politicians and politicos – as if he is privy to private conversations in Leesburg and committee meetings in Richmond. It is laughable.
jacob, by way of public admission. York said he gave the documents to Clark. York said she reviewed them with him. York said they decided to contact the CA. York also said he gave them to one other person but can’t remember who that person is.
You need to stop listening to Eugene’s side of this story and start looking at things more objectively.
jacob, it is rumored that Whitbeck and Cuccinelli have gotten involved in trying to cover this thing up. No proof but plausible.
Whopper of the Year: BO just told us to start looking at things more objectively.
Oh for God’s sake, are you posting this stuff for “Search” purposes on the internet?
BO – Did you learn how to use the google machine?
CMac, when jacob started trying to defend Delgaudio he did so without even knowing about the March CA investigation. Jumping in and defending a friend is admirable but doing so without all the facts is not being objective.
They just keep coming folks!
From BO: “Jumping in and defending a friend is admirable but doing so without all the facts is not being objective.”
C’mon man, give us a third hilarious comment of the day…..
CMac you’re easily amused.
“it is rumored that Whitbeck and Cuccinelli have gotten involved in trying to cover this thing up”
Yeah…and you just started the rumor right here…probably for “search” validation…as Cathy pointed out.
It’s your well-beaten path, squatting eagle.
BO, it is hard to read you posts without thinking you are actually TRYING to be funny. Sadly, you are not.
Your lectures on Objectivity and Facts are crazy.
“Your lectures on Objectivity and Facts are crazy.”
Actually, with his history …they ARE funny as hell.
A fellow who tried so very hard to convince us all that the Benghazi affair was only an over-exaggerated issue pushed by FoxNews. So far, both a State-convened independent review board and the Congress have condemned the State Department for negligence and poor leadership which cost the lives of an ambassador and three other American officials at the hands of terrorists who were known by the USG to be there and to be a potential threat. A likely nomination to SecState has been torched. Three of the highest officials in State have resigned. And the White House has been trying to act as if they had no command responsibility for what went on at State or for the false story originally issued by the USG, despite the fact that the “story” was seen at the WH, where, they claim, they changed only one word of it. And both parties in Congress sort of ignore their own culpability in the past decade for cutting State security funding. Major changes are now coming for how we protect our missions abroad. The bad note is that we have been subjected rather openly to that ridiculous bipartisan USG tradition that a bunch of people really screwed up but nobody is to blame, least of all their boss, the SecState, or their top boss, the POTUS, or the Congress. As that Russian-born comedian used to say: “What a country!”
Now the same fellow groans and grumbles so much about a complaint of a part-time aide against a supervisor of one district in one county in one state of a country of 315 million souls that one would think the outcome of the case might shake the foundations of our world, cause the earth to tilt on its axis, and maybe even change the orbit of the moon. On top of that, the guy continues to maintain that he is concerned here only about good governance for a district in which he does not live, when every manjack and womanjack in the county blogosphere knows he has been trying to “get” this supervisor for years because he does not agree with the supervisor on social issues such as same-sex marriage or believe the supervisor should be able to use his First Amendment rights to advocate for his cause. Bunch of horsecrap.
Don’t forget BO’s “I told you so” on Benghazi. He likes to use that phrase but I am not sure he knows what it means.
The Benghazi affair was over-exaggerated. Especially at the attempt to connect Obama to it. Of course it still goes on amongst the wondrous FOX entertainment network as some big conspiracy. That warrants my I told you so. It’s a dead issue with very little coming out of it other than a significant lessons learned
Wolverine, there were three individuals verifying the same charge of misuse of county funds by ED. You’re again trying to minimize the issue for the benefit of your friend.
We’ll see how much the 1A helps out ED in Colorado. And ED is a certified leader of a hate group. Of course the apologist don’t like to acknowledge that but it’s undeniable.
Actually I am confident of the Whitbeck involvement. He threatened the crap out of Williams, that was why he backed off the first attempt to neuter Delgaudio. That I am extreme confident of. Several sources. The Cuccinelli stuff is not as clear and I am not as confident of. But really, it wouldn’t be a surprise.
It has been more than a year now since the installation of Sheriff Mike Chapman. All during the election campaign, we heard from BO (and LI) that Steve Simpson was certainly guilty of all kinds of high crimes and misdemeanors while in office and would be found out. As far as I can see, Simpson is still living in retirement with no criminal charges evident. Another candidate named Speakman was accused of falsifying his Loudoun residence for purposes of running for office. BO launched the complaint. Nothing has come back that I can recall. Hardly necessary to mention the clarion call from BO for Secret Service intervention over that Zombie picture on a flyer or the constant litany of accusations and insults against Black and Delgaudio. And now we have multiple accusations of conspiracy in the Delgaudio case. All this from a guy who actually knows zilch but whose hobby seems to be attempted lynching by blog.
Simpson accusations those were LIs. I certainly was concerned about them but didn’t know if they were true. Charges were filed by his former partner not sure what happened with it. BTW, Chapman is the best elected official we have in this county. And I told you he would be. Regardless of the majority on this blog saying he wouldn’t.
Speakman was investigated and found to have questionable status, but the CA ruled the laws were not strong enough to press charges. Completely justified Speakman was a slimy jerk.
The Zombie picture was alarming enough to the SS to look into it. I wouldn’t call it an investigation. Classless and eventually warranted a statement from the Governor. Lead to the ceremonial resignation of the communications director of the LCRC. Not a small matter and was a total f-up by the producers of the graphic. I told you so at the time but this blog did everything they could to defend the trash.
You’ll have to be more specific about your generalities about B and D.
Sorry, you don’t like what I tell you. Probably says more about you than it does about me.
Oh, and by the way, that’s a pretty damn good track record.
BO: “certified leader of a hate group.”
There is nothing in law or anywhere else which appoints the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) as the national arbiter of who is and who is not a hate group. The SPLC is naught but a bunch of lefties who declared themselves prosecutor, judge, and jury for everyone else. An accusation by the SPLC is not a “certification” of anything except in the minds of the Loudoun ant-Delgaudio lynch mob. When BO throws out this line, he is either totally dumb or he is telling a baldfaced lie. I’ll let the readers vote on which.
What it says about me, BO, is that I do not much cotton to lynching — by blog or otherwise. Political disagreement is fine. Citing truly known or trusted facts to back considered opinions is also fine. But presenting guesses disguised as fact and then personalizing debate to a disgusting level is not acceptable.
Oh Wolverine. I am sure most of the readers here agree with you.
Doesn’t change the fact that the SPLC is a nationally respected organization that does great things for the rights of all.
Now I am sure Delgaudio is loath to spread the trash message about SPLC. I would do the same if the SPLC had a target on me. Doesn’t change for a minute the trash and hatred Delgaudio is being recognized for. Hard to justify how one gets on the same list as the Westboro Baptist Church, Ayran Nation, KKK, Confederate Hammerskins, National Socialist Labor Party, Supreme White Alliance, Frank Gaffney, and many others. What great company Delgaudio has earned the right to join.
Oh and they have tons of support and money to go after haters like Delgaudio. Big bucks and I sure hope Delgaudio is being forced to open his wallet wide to deal with that.
Oh and the attacks on Delgaudio go much wider than just Loudoun.
Is Sharpton and Jackson, Waters, Berry also on the SPLC list? If not then they are both bias and racist. Some “fine” credentials for such a do good organization, huh? Oh, I guess Obama has hired hundreds more Secret Service (I wouldn’t abbreviate that to SS if I were you, BE) to follow and question all those people still driving around with bullet hole Obama zombje stickers. Another much ado about nothing. Actually tame when contrasted to your type hatred, BE.
That zombie picture sure did derail the LCRC candidates in the 2011 election. I’d forgotten about that.
BO, your hatred is getting pedestrian and boring… and you are fumbling in utter desperation to look relevant. You may wish to consider retiring from the field before you embarrass yourself beyond redemption. This constant wishing for something truly dire and hurtful to fall upon others with whom you disagree philosophically is especially bad and reminds one for certain of little dolls and long, sharp pins. You sure you weren’t born in the French Quarter of the Big Easy?
This stuff by BO gets more ridiculous by the moment. Now we have a picture of Supervisor Shawn Williams, an ex-Marine and experienced legal counsel being turned by Whitbeck into some kind of jello over the Delgaudio issue. Makes Whitbeck sound like either an Afghan warlord or a Mafioso capo and Williams like the local wimp. What did Whitbeck do? Threaten to hang Shawn on a meathook in a cold storage locker? Honest to God, the crap that passes for political “intelligence” on these blogs makes one almost choke with laughter.
Wolverine, I am not here to convince you. You can take it as irritation if you want to. Unless you can deal with what is being said (and it’s not just me) and confirm or refute I guess personal attacks are all you have left. Blind loyalty has protected many a pol.
Whitbeck carries great power as chair. He can prop up political careers or snuff them out. That’s enough of a threat to someone who wants to stick around a while. Good Marines follow orders.
Again if you were objectively looking at the timeline you would not be so swift to dismiss the side stories of the Delgaudio dynamic.
Wolve…your facts on Benghazi will be ignored. As you can read above…he’s committed…and thereby needs to be “committed”, because the boy ain’t well. In his world, he gets to put his fingers in his ears and scream while the indictments are read on the sorry excuse of this administration, but when he starts pulling out spitballs against Delguadio, we’re all supposed to sit up and pay attention to his “facts”….even as he pulls them out of nether regions.
The contingent that is intent on Eugene’s removal is a very small cabal of angry gay dudes and a couple of ignorant jackasses who think that they get to decide who can even run for an office here….as LI and Squatting eagle proved on that other POS rag. They wanted Black eliminated from the process BEFORE he was even in the primary. These same turds are now seeking to remove Cooch before he is even in the primary (should it involve the contest for Governor)
In their world, they’d readily remove the choices that they disagree with rather than allow the voters to make a decision. This is the the depravity of their illness. (okay…a small facet of the magnitude of their illness.)
“Unless you can deal with what is being said (and it’s not just me) and confirm or refute I guess personal attacks are all you have left”
Ding.ding.ding!! Get that man a cigar!
There is so much out-in-space with the negative milquetoast assessment of Mr. Williams here I don’t even know where to begin.
I am actually speechless. (take a picture)
People, BO puts this crap out there on blogs so that searches on this topic can be found and fingers can be pointed as in “Oh, Look these Republican’s were involved in the Delgaudio mess!”. This is how progressives work, they don’t deal in facts, or reason – they deal in hatred, fear, smears.
BO might as well be saying – “Pay attention to me!!” – any attention is good attention.
THAT is true Barb, trying to make Sup Williams out to be some cowering figure is pathetic.
Cmac, one of the best recent uses of the technique you describe is the blog networking by the new pac that actually succeeded in having it reported on local network news in North Dakota that Delgaudio was under investigation by the FBI for using public funds to run a hate group.
Then the pac, which initiated it through the blog network, wrote a “news” story on their blog quoting the North Dakota news as…real news. And technically so it IS, since a network reported it.
regardless of what the Arl CA is actually looking at, doesn’t matter. it’s SOURCED now.
Yes, that is what I was talking about Barb. BO is yet another arm of that operation, so his cries of objectivity are ignored. Multiple sources, ya know.
Well, I’ll be doggoned. Somehow, when we weren’t looking, the old Pendergast -Mafia machine from Kansas City must have been revived and transferred to Loudoun County, only this time posing as Republican instead of Democrat. BO had better check carefully before he crawls into bed. He could find a horse’s head under his covers. Boss Whitbeck. Chuckle, chuckle.
It gets better and better. I am reproved for “personal attacks” by a fellow who is one of the county’s most notorious practicioners of personal attacks and who started off a recent post here with “Hey, Lunatics!” and told Bill Fox on LTM that Bill was “off his rocker.” All you can do is shake your head in wonder at it all.
That new pac seems to be shilling for a Tony Barney candidacy against Eugene. I believe this is the same Tony Barney who, as district chair, published in public in 2011 that he was responsible personally for the failures of the Nevarez run. So, their candidate is the same guy who either botched up the 2011 campaign or told a baldfaced lie about having been responsible for the failure. Brilliant. I feel another eight-section unauthorized biography coming on at some point. That Baratko kid at the LTM has no clue about doing a good candidate bio.
Wolv – You better “document” Barney by saving the on-line information, didn’t Nevarez start scrubbing his on-line comments after you did some basic research on him?
I am not sure why the fuss about Whitbeck getting involved with the Delgaudio damage control effort. Or the surprise it happened.
One of the duties he has is to protect the GOP brand around these parts, and Delgaudio is a big part of that brand. He is the elder statesman of the LCRC. From all outward accounts Whitbeck seems to be doing a lot of work to publicize and promote the GOP in Loudoun. I could easily see him getting pissed at the bad press coming out about Delgaudio. Especially when Williams pressed the issue for sanctions. Frankly, If I was one of the kool aid drinkers on this blog I’d be pissed if Whitbeck didn’t step in and defend Delgaudio.
Not sure I’d be spending much time worrying about Barney, your time should be spent looking for a republican alternative to Delgaudio.
There he goes again, telling us how it is.
Delgaudio will be fine, jackass. Just because you and three of your buddies are all worked up about it, it doesn’t make the rest of us get a lather in. Delguadio will rule Sterling again in 2015…by around 150 votes…again.
CMac you do realize about 95% of the comments on here relate to someone telling it like it is seen by them. It is illuminating to point out most of the comments or “facts” from the echo chamber in here are based on what is spewed by the infamous FOX Entertainment, the caustic Rush Dimball or the discredited John Lott.
Oh the other 5% seems to always be personal attacks on posters that happen to challenge the intellectually challenged group think that has taken over novatownhall.
Damn Monk, back to “you and your three buddies” justification. You forgot to add the gay reference. You need to get out more. Bunker mentality and the angry man syndrome don’t go well with common sense.
Based on your track record of late on predicting winning candidates you’re going to need a bigger belt buckle for emotional protection. Or did you pawn your buckles for the approach apocalypse?
BO – No, I don’t “realize” anything you post. In two posts you are once again telling people “how it is” and adding zippy to the conversation, and so it goes.
As for your comment on personal attacks – hypocrisy defined! Slutty women, moron, idiots, lunatics, the list goes on and on.
CMac, the way I see it is you would probably feel a lot better if you just ignored my posts. I’ve told you this before but you seem to get some type of enjoy just responding “about me” as opposed to the content.
BO – Like most advise you dish out, it will be ignored. It’s always interesting to read your retorts, especially when you are acusing the person you are posting to of doing the exact same thing you have just done.
I am glad you find my posts interesting. You have an peculiar way of responding to them. I recommend you ignore them.
PS, It is interesting to read your post, they are not interesting.
I wonder if the PAC created to harass Supervisor Delgaudio approached the former employee?
The Executive Director of the pac is an attorney who is now representing Delgaudio’s former employee.
I have heard Ms. Mateer is not happen with the representation and may be stepping away from it. Any word on if she has hired someone different?
Babs has it figured. Create a PAC to attempt to force your point. When it comes to that, you’ve already lost the case. As to my record, squatter….I’m particularly effective, as I can’t control national outcomes…so I don’t set myself out for any possible falls. I didn’t predict the National race. I prayed that people weren’t THAT dumb, alot, however. In the end….they were mentally crippled and couldn’t actually figure out that there are 25 Million folks waiting to get back to work, and electric bills and healthcare premiums that will both double over the next term. That’s mass ignorance.
My Uncle Jack used to say there are two kinds of folks in this world… Smart fellers, and Fart smellers. Guess it’s kind of obvious which one sqautter is.
No clue–why wouldn’t she be happy (I am guessing you mean w/o autocorrect?)?
She got to be a symbol and a tool for somebody else’s political expediency–what’s not to like?
Now, if she was expecting that the bulk of the energy was going to be expended on getting her issues addressed, I can see getting frustrated that the only purpose was to provide a segue/transfer into gay rights politics. If she is considering different representation, that’s interesting.
I find it amazing that the Delgaudio Clown Juice drinkers constantly want to make this to be something about a pac and not about Mateer and what Delgaudio did. You certain must recall close to a hundred citizens show up for a the last minute, under publicized York Town Hall to deal with Delgaudio. 99% of those that attended had nothing to do with the pac.
Now I can see how it would be advantage for Delgaudio to make it seem like it was all crafted by an agenda driven pac but come on. Be realistic here a very large part of this county is feed up with the buffoon. To include the sitting member on the BOS. (see committee vote)
For me I think the pac is another voice in a very large crowd of feed-up individuals. In no way do I see this situation being anything other than something Delgaudio is completely responsible for. It certainly isn’t happening because of what some pac did.
Monk, keep it up and you will certainly be needing a bigger belt buckle. Your ego is absolutely incredible. Fascinating actually.
“a very large part of this county is feed up with the buffoon”
Yes, as is apparent each time he gets re-elected.
Ms Mateer is sick of the Millers? Who would have thunk?
Oh Monk, a few stinging points for all your inferences to incredible local influence: Dickerson, Spike Williams, Strothers, and Stockman. Those are just the last round civilians I can think of.
OK, I’ll wait for the history re-write before rubbing it in your face.
Why would Black Out know that the former employee was not happy with her legal representation?
Willie, I didn’t say I “know”, I said I “heard”. What have you heard? Something tells me you are hiding your true interest in this issue. Hummm.
words left out, wrong words in, demeaning, name calling, spittle, frustration, anger. Either BE is having a stroke or someone pushed some buttons. Since I don’t wish ill-will on anyone, KEEP PUSHING THOSE BUTTONS!
geez act if you’re going to start the grammar police thing again maybe you should use some capital letters,
Heck, Reb, every time this ad hominem addict sticks his head up here, smack him. It is becoming fun — and not very hard, since he leaves his guard down all the time. Batting practice. He gets more and more wobbly with every post, and he seems to be unable to remember what he wrote previously. We just might be able to convince him eventually to put his head on straight and get over the hate, although his weird preoccupation with the personal life of the Monk makes any such success in that direction just a bit questionable. I think it is the Monk who must feel “stalked.”
BlackOut, I answered Willie’s question, and was glad to see you update that–would love for there to be a source for what you heard. I repreat, it’s interesting.
That isn’t drinking “clown juice”, nor is it drinking clown juice to note that the pac is four progressive activists who want Delgaudio gone (from elsewhere), and that most of the noise they’ve made so far has much more to do with his day job than what he’s being investigated for.
Barbara, I didn’t up date anything. I just corrected what people thought I said.
You have accurately defined the pac from what I know about it, which is probably from the same sources you have public and private. Just keep in mind, out of the representation of close to a hundred concerned citizens at the York town hall three of the pac members were there. We’re talking about a very small percentage of the populous that has shown concern via the pac. In other words, I don’t see the pac driving the agenda anymore than concerned citizens and the GOP board members.
This is all I said, and it didn’t even reference the pac:
” I have heard Ms. Mateer is not happen with the representation and may be stepping away from it. Any word on if she has hired someone different?”
Interesting? Yes it is. Who knows if it is true.
Maybe “update” is an imprecise word (is this loudounprogress? lol), but you added to my answer to Willie by saying what you heard. i understand that you only said you heard it, and it is not sourced–not criticizing, and not implying anything you didn’t say (this is not loudounprogress).
However, you didn’t need to say the word “pac” because of the answer to Willie’s question: the exec is the attorney too.
As for the percentage of the population that went to the townhall, it seems to correspond with the pac’s number of fb followers at the time, but correlation is not causation. Just as corellation with LCDC and environmental activists (I repeat myself in many cases, but having lots of groups and lots of titles is a time-honored method in activism for not only credentialing, but seeming bigger than a computer and a couple of lists, just like having lots of internet socks can create an impression of its own) who all seem to be on the same lists for other groups does not imply causation in the attendance either.
Dickerson –didn’t lose.Conceded to Chapman, who I eagerly supported post-convention.
Spike Williams-lives in Fairfax and is a friend, but I did nothing for Spike. Sorry
Strothers- was my girl, and we proved that in a Firehouse primary situation, we turned out an amazing vote…enough to scare Volpe shitless. Yeah, it was that close. Interestingly, keep your eye on Candace. She’s still capable of some amazing stuff. Better yet…you should ignore her.
Stockman please review your sources. I have, at no time supported Stockman for anything….although with York’s tragic support of Metro, perhaps I should have.
Anymore empty, inconclusive innuendo, or just lies that you’d like to advertise, dumbass??
