Poll shows more Americans think Obama is a Muslim
The number of Americans who believe — wrongly — that President Obama is a Muslim has increased significantly since his inauguration and now accounts for nearly 20 percent of the nation’s population.

Taking a cue from John F. Kerry Obama was for the Mosque at ground zero before he was against it.
According to Obama, Americans are mean. According to Obama, we are bigoted. According to Obama, America, once again, is in dire need of a lecture from its betters. Americans are Neanderthals because we are offended by a 130 ft tall monument to the successful murder of 3000 Americans by Islamic Jihadists. We needed to be scolded once again.
Being the weasel that he really is, he is now backpedaling as fast as he can in the face of the righteous indignation of the American people. America is outraged by the monument to Islamic Fascism at ground zero. Americans are not interested in being scolded by the DOTUS. Americans are tired of the mindless politically correct drivel coming from the likes of Obama.
So now Obama is against this Mosque. Having stuck his foot in it, he also stuck his foot in his mouth, and the Apologist in Chief does not like the taste one little bit. It is the taste of a wholesale rejection by the American people in this matter.
Well, thanks to the Drudge Report, everyone now knows that 0bama’s example of why we need to extend unemployment benefits yet again was convicted of prescription drug fraud one month before she was fired. She probably cannot get a job because of her conviction (and was probably fired because of it), which any potential employer can find out by running a simple background check — something Commander inCompetent’s staff failed to do.
But I don’t want to talk about that part of the story. What I want to talk about is her lament she might have to “[turn] to her father for financial support.”
Holy Leeches, Batman! This woman has been sponging off me (and everyone else who works for a living) for over a year, and is now in the Rose Garden begging for more of my money, but hasn’t asked her own freakin’ FATHER!!
What the hell is this country coming to? People are too damned proud to ask their family for money, but they’ll DEMAND it from people they have never met?
There is no way Bush could get away with this, but I’ll bet 0bama does. The left does not care what their politicians do.
According to the Washington Post, 0bama is proposing that the FBI can access your email traffic without a warrant, “if agents deem the information relevant to a terrorism or intelligence investigation.”
If they deem the information relevant, Mr. President, they can damn well get a warrant.
Financial Reform just passed with 3 GOP votes to take it over the top. What does more departments with more minorities and women have to do with Financial Reform? That isn’t even a taste of what is in this new bill that NO ONE has read. We just found out that Obama waved his magic wand and now Healthcare Reform will include FREE screenings and consultations-without even a co-pay BUT only if you are on the government plan. What’s next but cap & tax AND immigration reform. So you say to me “ACT, just be patient. The elections are coming and we will change all this”. My ass! By my recollection, there are still about 6 months before elected officials take office in the new Congress and during that time the Chinese might have already started setting up labor camps because we passed the “Asia Cancel Our Debt For Our Country In Trade Act”. I find it very difficult to laugh this predicament off. How will we go about re-establishing sanity, growth, wealth and our Constitutional rights after these massive, invasive bills are passed. How do we stop Obama from creating more government offices with insane salaries? I would like someone to tell me I can retire without the government taking everything I own anytime they want to.
These kind of actions started the War for Southern Independence. Why have the states with balls (are there many?) not recalled their congressional representatives back home as a sign of boycott? Why hasn’t Va. sued Dodd, Frank, Reed, Pelosi and others (including Obama) for not upholding the Constitution, curcumventing states’ rights and criminal activities which have resulted in the taking of liberty, monies, earned wealth and happiness (and the pursuit thereof) from its citizens? I don’t owe bank bailouts-that was a lie. I don’t want someone to not play by the same mortgage rules I do and not be penalized. I don’t owe ANYONE a free ride and feel that I shouldn’t have to buy someone a ticket. This is not going to change after the election and it is time to stop this free liberal ride.
You guys hate that issue of secesion. You want to wait things out and go by the “process”. Guess what? That “process” is on the upper shelf in the closet of the White House-not to see the light of day. If we do it correctly and Obama and Congress do it incorrectly, what is the score so far? How much money, time and quality of life will be lost forever while we are trying to stop the hemmorage much less reverse the flow before we get to just break even? When is it time to keep all your paycheck until tax day; give what you have to your kids now before the gov’t gets it when you die; turn off all news media completely; make a class action suit by STATES to sue personal individuals in the U.S. Government; secede. Just check other countries around the world and tell me which ones you think we are becoming. Then understand how they got that way and how long it took. The government is not corrupting the Constitution-only itself. The Constitution can be saved but only if these new ideas/laws/mindset are rejected. How do you go about doing that? Hope and change in the upcoming elections aren’t going to do it! Mark my words.
Who would have ever thunk? This is war the “Obama way” you might say. It seems that Al Qaeda pissed old Barry off because it doesn’t offer advancement to Negroes. Matter of fact, it don’t much like Negroes any ol’ way. Seems they are only good for suicide bombings and cannon fodder. But wait. Doesn’t the Muslim nation stick by each other? Even though Barry may think Al Qaeda is a bunch of Middle eastern crackers, what is he trying to tell the Muslim world about racism? It appears that this months’ flavor at the White Crib is strawberry.
If I was Barry, I would have Eric Holder drag Bin Laden into U.S. court and sue his pants off for discrimination. We can’t all be chiefs. Some of us have to be Indians (the woo-woo kind) but I’m sure that Eric will bring up the “equal” thingy so that everyone can be boss with no one to give marching orders to. Seems silly to me. What Bin Laden should do is hold a lottery where 75% of the people are winners. This way he never has to discriminate who the bombers will be-it’s all by chance.
Now the NAACP are on their stump, thumping their chest (funny how they never changed their acronym). I believe that they should picket Al Qaeda caves until they get the justification they are looking for…..or they get dead for being pompus idiots. Notice how these people and organizations only protest the detestable from a safe haven like the U.S.? Anyway, if they want results they need to hire the New Black Panthers (which are the same loser radical Negro klan they were in the 70’s except the collective IQ is the same shoe size of Louey Far-to-gone) to go get in Al Qaeda’s face (I’m smiling just thinking about it) and just intimidate the hell out of them. I’m sure that Bin Laden and his ilk will just cower and scamper off to hide somewhere. Then will we have achieved peace and prosperity for the Negro throughout the world. Wrong. There will always be racial injustice between the Negro and everyone else (even Uncle Tom Negroes) as far as this administration and its aligned organizations go. Let’s see, we have Negroes as captains of industry, astronauts, leaders of every kind, writers, philosyphers, professors, in every level of every business, politics and even President of the U.S. What advancement oppotunities are left but King of the World and GOD (and there will always only be one-no new comers allowed). What about Mongoloid or American Indian (same thing) advancement? Isn’t that racism in itself?

Thousands of WWII veterans are dying each month. A generation with first hand experiences is about to be lost forever, fading into history books, to be taught to others as people deem fit. Korean War vets are close behind. Then it will be the Vietnam era. I, like many others, look forward to the 3 day weekend for cookouts, gatherings, even shopping and this is all okay. We are a society that gets to enjoy our days as we deem fit…….as long as a tribute is paid for the occasion of the holiday-Memorial Day.
I took my ride in Rolling Thunder as I have for 23 years now (although I did take a break twice to watch live the CocaCola 600 NASCAR race in Charlotte). I have been noticing as of late that the purposes to many just seems to be a “group” ride to the city. Once there, people sit in the shade away from the ride to drink, talk and relax. Many make new friends or meet up with old buddies they served with. I watch the bikes for awhile (the procession takes about 6 hours these days) and although it was cruelly humid, the drenching was part of the price. I happened to have my oldest daughter ride with me this year as well as my nephew. It was a first for the both of them. We walked the Wall, saw the nurses memorial and then went to the WWII memorial. I noticed many foreigners that were marveling on their vacation the sights of the memorials. Some with disrespect such as sticking their feet in the WWII memorial fountain or the loud talking and running past people at the Wall. They showed no regard to the vets crying over their buddies or the families remembering Dad with gifts, memorabilia, pictures and poems. This hit me hard. Do people not have respect for our fallen heroes?
Depending on which side of Costitution Ave. you are on, if you haven’t returned to the side you need to before the parade starts at noon, you will be stuck for at least 4 hours. We returned to our side, watched some of the parade and then left to visit my parents at the Lee estate. We rode into the cemetary and parked at the curb next to the row where my parents headstone is placed. I saw many people walking the paths going to “those special attractions” and even tourist trams for those that want the riding tour. I marveled at this. How do you get to understand the enormity and the individuals in Arlington Cemetary if you DON’T get off the path? Every headstone has a name and every headstone has a story. The story, albeit brief, gives a name, rank, war served, birth, death and, sometimes, award. These are but a smattering of the heroes buried in this nation that served our country so that I could write and talk about this. My daughter had noticed something and it got my attention in a very upsetting way. It appears that all too many gravestones had numerous scratches and chips in them due to the people mowing the grass. The headstones are always trimmed by other means so that this doesn’t happen. This, in my mind, is another sign of disrespect and contempt. And, as usual, every headstone and market had an American flag in front of it to show honoring. This is a timely endeavor but is part of the price paid. Do tourist really understand what it is about?
As with Sunday, I noticed as I went out Memorial Day to visit my wife’s Dad in Leesburg that there were no flags about. I will be generous and say that for evryone 40 residences there was ONE flag. It was no different in Leesburg either, although, on a couple of streets, they had hung flags on the light poles. This is a day to give honor; a day to remember those who fought and died protecting our freedoms yet I guess everyone was too busy with their own needs. A flag doesn’t cost much yet where were they? I know I will see more during the 4th of July than I saw this weekend.
Everyone should own a flag for display outside. They are very affordable and it is our patriotic duty to fly said flags during special times. I have many American flags of different materials, sizes and patterns. They range from $10 to $100 and I USE them. I do not own an American flag made anywhere but in America. It just doesn’t seem honorable to fly my countries’ flag that was made in communist China. I have given you flag etiquette…..read it. Some people just put a flag out and leave it out. Okay. Some put there flag out on special days. Okay. Believe it or not, flying the American flag can be a chore at times because you must keep track of all conditions and how to do it. Flying the symbol of my country will NEVER be a chore because it is my duty to not only do it but to know how to do it respectfully. I like to fly my parents flag because that is what they flew on their house when they were living. Regardless which American flag I fly I will always have pride and give honor to the people of my country.
Where is all this going? Let me tell you how I feel and why I needed to write this before I just broke down and cried. I have felt a rage and deep loathing for those politicos, teachers, parents and all others whose job it is as Americans to instill knowledge and duty into every citizen about our heritage, the sacrifices of our citizens for this country and what is so important about its symbol. I feel pity for those Americans that are ignorant of the value of our flag. Those that pursued that knowledge on their own and kept it I have great admiration. I have disdain for those who come to this country, having no “skin in the game”, that give no honor or respect of their perspective new home or that use us with no regard to those who gave sacrifice of which they reap reward. I am saddened and, at times, cry for those fallen or living that have a deep respect and understanding of duty, honor and valor, yet feel betrayed, lost or remorseful for their contributions. We are losing America and I feel betrayed.
I would like to leave you with the folding of the flag and TAPS story. Read the story and read the words. My eyes do well-up by the understanding. At this point I feel that I have done my duty to inform you. I believe it is up to us all to inform others and keep our nations symbol in honor. And although you might come across those people that feel their right to burn or mutilate that symbol; my knowledge and understanding of that symbol gives me the right to go to jail for pummeling said individuals. That is another price that needs to be paid. Freedom is not free and will always carry a price that every citizen must pay.

“You Lie” Wilson seems to have been right. Again in the state of the union, Obama lying about the SCOTUS in overturning McCain-Feingold in Citizen United is yet another example. How can you tell that Obama is lying? His lips are moving doesn’t seem to cover all the times this guy can lie.
Steny, just recently you have demanded that the Republican party come out with a statement publicly denouncing any violence towards you and other members of Congress. I am assuming that you mean the Dem radical members of Congress since you never have condemned acts perpetrated on GOP members of Congress. I want to tell you a story that carries its own warning.
There was this very friendly dog that the owner had leash-stacked in his yard for the owner had no fence. The dog enjoyed his day in the yard not bothering anyone and just wanting to be left alone. One day a bunch of kids came up to that dog and the dog came to greet them. When the dog had reached tethered length, those kids starting yelling all sorts of derogatory explatives at the dog which shied away timidly from the abuse. Days on end this happened with the same result.
The kids decided to ramp it up and started poking a stick at the dog and the dog became very fearful. The owner of the dog noticed what was going on and came outside to talk to the kids. He asked them nicely not to taunt the dog. The kids went away but soon came back and decided to ramp it up another notch by throwing rocks at the dog. The owner came out again and scolded the kids and told them that he couldn’t be held resposible for what the dog may do in the future. The kids spewed verbal slanders at the homeowner and he went inside.
The boys returned another day and started their abuse of the dog with stones. The dog, having nowhere to get away from the kids finally had enough. He growled and then charged at the kids all the while barking, snapping and frothing at the mouth. The kids became scared and ran home to tell their parents about the mean dog trying to get them. One parent went to the door of the dog owner to demand the owner lock that vicious dog up in the house where it wouldn’t be a nuisance. The owner just refused to answer the door.
Now I am sure that you probably are too ignorant to understand this story. And you would probably blame the tempermant of the dog on George Bush or some other right winger. When you and your buddies lie, snub, scoff, ignore, go secretive, abuse, and inhibit the freedoms and livelyhood of the citizens, this is the end result. Some people are more stronger willed, some abhor violence and others just wait and hope for the best. There are people out there commiting suicide before losing their homes; commiting crimes because they are desperate; killing co-workers because they got let go from their jobs. This is all taking place because of what YOU and your ilk are doing to us citizens. So before you come whinning like a little bitch for momma because of some perceived threats, reflect on what you may have done to summon such action. Everyone has a breaking point and if you choose to poke that dog with a stick-which would be to snub the American people and enslave them to government-either confront it like a man or hide under a rock. The people are coming out tomorrow to march against Obamacare 2.0. The socialists (Democrats) are desperate. They cannot pass this bill on an honest vote. They cannot pass this bill by bribing their fellow congressmen with our money. So. What do they do. They will pass it in committee and call it a day. The Slaughter proposal takes us into banana republic style government. This would be a law passed by fiat. Do we now call the DOTUS el hefe? What is wrong with this bill? A better question is, “What is NOT wrong with his bill?!” It is:
Riddled with Taxes: This legislation is riddled with tax hikes. They start by taxing those earning over $10,831 year who don’t buy health insurance $750—a tax that escalates to $3,800 as income rises. Health insurance, health care devices and drugs are also taxed, adding to the cost of health care, and decreasing the competitiveness of these businesses.
Medicare Cuts: The bill cuts $500 billion in Medicare spending, including over $130 billion in cuts to Medicare Advantage and nearly $120 billion in Medicare cuts for hospitals that care for seniors. The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) says they “expected the Medicare Advantage plans to lose 2.7 million enrollees over the next decade” as a result.
Raises Insurance Prices: CBO also finds “premiums in the new insurance exchanges would tend to be higher than the average premiums in the current-law individual market…” (so we are doing this WHY?)
Force, Not Choice: This legislation includes an “individual mandate” forcing all Americans to purchase health insurance, like the Massachusetts law. Taxpayer subsidies will be given to those earning up to three times the federal poverty level. Those not qualifying for subsides will be taxed up to $3,800 if they do not buy insurance, and the Joint Tax Committee has confirmed failure to pay your fine could result in jail time. The experience in Massachusetts has left those caught in between unable to afford insurance and having to pay the tax.
Big Insurance Boondoggle: Forcing all the uninsured into insurance could bring as much as $200 billion a year in new premiums to insurance companies, including $465 billion in subsidies over 10 years.
Privacy Violation: This legislation would allow law enforcement agencies such as the FBI and the Department of Justice unprecedented unfettered access to medical records.
No Lawsuit Reform: This legislation fails to curb junk lawsuits. It doesn’t even implement the “demonstrations projects” on reform the President called for (despite the fact that states like Mississippi have already done so and seen medical malpractice insurance premiums drop 42 percent). Instead, it will “express the Sense of the Senate that health care reform presents an opportunity to address issues related to medical malpractice and medical liability insurance.”
Bipartisan Opposition: The only thing bipartisan about this bill is the opposition to it.
The Senate:a vote for “cloture” on this legislation is a vote in favor of government-run health care.
We will be watching your vote closely. Congress — VOTE NO! People — Now is the time to call your congressman. Now it is time to call the blue dogs in the house. Blue Dog Democrat means, ‘leftist pretending to be moderate’ in a right leaning district. Let these dogs know the jig is up.

When I read this, I thought “You have got to be kidding me”. Either this guys is pure stupid, is dangerous beyond belief, or just doesn’t read what his speeches say prior to giving them (which implies incompetent, but we already knew that). The part that is most salient is:
“Like it or not, we have to have a financial system that is healthy and functioning,”
So our president thinks that we might not like having a financial system that is healthy and functioning. The connotation of the phrase “like it or not” is that even though the thing being spoken of is negative, wrong or evil, it is necessary. So our president believes a healthy and functioning financial system is not a good thing. 2012 can’t come quickly enough.
Obama supporters, are you embarrassed by him yet? I’m beyond embarrassed at this point, and I didn’t even vote for him (though he is an embarrassment to every American). I’d suggest he ought to resign, but that would put the worst succession of power chain up that anyone could imagine (Biden … yuck, Palosi … even worse). At least Obama is incapable of getting things done … the damage will be limited while he is in office.
You cannot make this stuff up. Obama is in effect saying, “After we are done trying to buy the next election, we stop sending the electorates money.” OK. No worries. Really. You go right ahead. We believe you. Could you please take the ‘kick me’ sign off my back when you are done.

Trying to win the votes of fiscal moderates, President Barack Obama formally endorsed legislation Saturday creating an independent commission with the power to force Congress to vote on major deficit reduction steps this year, after the November elections.
This is supposed to add momentum to our sagging economy? The public is rolling it eyes at the President. This act stopped being cute a long time ago. I think the President and his friends, Harry and Nancy need to take a time out and a nap. Seriously. The public is not buying the whole ‘Democrats are fiscally frugal’ shtick. The did for about a month around the election, but that was 16 months ago.
The congress and the White house have become a sort of Socialists Romp-a-room. This is where old hippies, who now wear suits go to ’stick it to the man’. News flash to the hippies, they are the man. The spending bill enacted last winter is producing jobs, at the rat of some $400 per job. Some $500B remains unspent. A better idea idea would be to give the money back. Reduce the decifict, and lower taxes. Hippies are good for backing hash laced brownies, not economic thinking.
This crowd is even worse than the previous bunch when it comes to treating the voting public like fools. A commission in November to cut spending? The last time the Obama team went through this exercise it was determined that we need a better way to buy office supplies. A better idea is to bring our spending in line with what is permissible under Article 1 sec 8 of the Constitution. I say, “Austerity Now – Death to Earmarks!!”
The school board doesn’t get it. The BOS doesn’t get it. The liberal spend all citizens don’t get it. Everyone is so worried that our “schools” will be inferior to everyone elses schools so we must spend more and have all the new gadgets, new architecture, new buses, new this and new that. Bullshit!
To all of you lame ass empty headed people out there that subscribe to this tripe I’ll tell you what. If YOU want it then YOU pay for it. You need 3 things for a good education and take one away and you have nothing.
First you need a good teacher wanting..no..passionate about teaching.
Second you need nothing but the truth in subject matter.
Third, and most important, you need a WILLING and RECEPTIVE mind.
With those 3 things you could hold class in a barn, a hospital, an old football stadium or even out in the woods. It ain’t the building or the environment. And if you really want to learn or as parents have your kids educated well, you don’t worry about the transportation issue. Good golly, get a grip!
Think of it this way. Imagine being able to go to trade school FREE with the promise that you could get any job you wanted. No sports schlorships with a risky chance of making it to the big shows. A real career that would be both satisfying and rewarding. Wouldn’t you do whatever it took to make that happen? Then make it happen. We do need common laborers in this country and an education is not necessary. Cut funding, re-use existing buildings standing vacant, pay teachers who want to teach MORE and grade them yearly on their students achievements, and parents; teach your children responsibility. The real world is out there and if they don’t do it on their own, I sure as hell don’t want to do it for them!

Global warming? Deal with the devil? Lax laws? Too many people masterbating? Whatever it may be, Arnold and California seem to have a never ending string of disasters. We have the illegal disaster; the wildfire disasters; the gang disasters; the earthquake disasters; the homosexual disaster: there isn’t anything under the sun that doesn’t happen to California. And it happens repeatedly. We are now back to global warming disaster-tremendous amounts of rain in a short period of time.
If you have paid attention to weather cycles you will see patterns develope over time. I have lived in California from San Jose on down. The dirt there is crap. It looks like an anemic Johnny Winter. When you add water to it it becomes baby goo. You don’t dare build houses on cliffs, slopes or open areas where the drainage has YOUR name. It deals with something called being aware and responsible. Heck, even the insurance companies hate California. We will pay (ALL of us) for the next disaster declaration by Arnold as we always have. People willingly give monies to countries like Haiti when a disaster strikes. No one could see what befell them. Or Burma and others for that matter. California has set conditions and patterns for disaster and I, personally am tired of rebuild after rebuild after rebuild.
My solution is to let Califoprnia fend for itself. If it can’t handle the cost of disasters then give up the state. We can have these people relocated to, say, northern Mexico and give the land for Navy and Marine use. We need a new bombing/artillary range for the Pacific Fleet to replace the one we lost in Puerto Rico. Or become a sucker and keep giving to the bottomless disaster pit. Hey. Just a thought.
